Why Printed Reusable Cups Pay for Themselves
Printed reusable cups are branded drinking cups built to be washed and served again rather than binned after one use. We mould ours from food-grade polypropylene in our own UK factory, print them in-house, and rate every cup for 200 or more commercial dishwasher cycles.
The maths is what convinces most operators. A single-use cup costs a few pence and delivers one serving. A printed reusable cup costs more up front but delivers hundreds of servings, so the cost per drink served falls away sharply after the first weekend. Add a deposit or a token scheme and the cup can pay for itself before the event is over.
Durability is designed in rather than hoped for. We specify wall thickness, rim strength and base geometry for repeat handling, and we decorate with in-mould labelling so the artwork is fused into the cup wall during moulding. There is no applied film to lift at the edges and no printed ink sitting on the surface waiting to be scrubbed away, which is exactly why reusable printed cups still look new after a full season.
Reuse also changes what your bar looks like at the end of the night. Instead of overflowing bins and a litter pick, you get cups coming back to a wash point. Venues running a return scheme typically recover the large majority of their stock, which turns drinkware from a recurring consumable into an asset you own and re-issue.
Ordering scales with you. The minimum order for printed reusable cups is 50 units for a private function, and the same lines run to 100,000 units for festivals and stadium roll-outs. Standard production is around 10 working days, with a 48-hour express service on selected cups when the deadline has already moved.

We mould printed reusable cups from high-impact polypropylene that holds its shape through commercial dishwasher cycles at 60°C. The wall thickness and rim are specified for repeat handling, not one trip to a bin.
Print That Survives the Wash
In-mould labelling fuses the artwork into the cup wall during moulding, so there is no film to peel and no ink to scrub off. Your branding looks the same on wash two hundred as it did on wash one.
