Custom Festival Cups
Specified by you, moulded by us.
Custom festival cups are not just a logo on stock. Choose the size, the base colour, the print method and the finish, and see a visual on the actual cup profile before anything is committed to production.
The UK's Home of
Sustainable Cups
Because we own the tooling and run the print floor, the specification is genuinely open rather than a menu of two options. Cup size, base colour, print method, fill line, marking and finish are all decisions you make with our team — and all of them happen in one building in Stockton-on-Tees.

How a Custom Festival Cup Gets Built
Custom festival cups are event cups specified to your requirements rather than picked off a stock list. Size, base colour, print method, fill line and marking are all decisions made before production, and because we mould and decorate in the same UK factory, all of them are genuinely available rather than nominally offered.
The first decision is measure, and it is the one most often got wrong. A pint-to-line cup holds 568ml at a moulded fill line with headroom for a head, which is what draught beer and cider legally require. A pint-to-brim cup fills to the rim and suits soft drinks, cocktails and mixers. A half pint at 330ml covers wine, spirits and children's drinks. Getting this right at specification stage avoids a compliance problem you cannot fix after moulding.
The second is print method, and the honest answer depends on the artwork you have rather than the budget you would like. Full-colour in-mould labelling reproduces photography, gradients and fine type across a full 360° wrap, and it is the right call for anything with more than one colour. Single-colour screen print handles a solid logo cleanly, costs less per unit and moves through production a couple of days faster. We will say which one your file suits.
The third is everything around the print — base colour, whether the cup is clear or opaque, the UKCA marking, and any functional additions such as a QR code for a deposit scheme. These are the details that make a custom festival cup feel designed rather than decorated, and they cost nothing extra to decide properly at the start.
Then you see it. Our studio lays the artwork onto the actual cup profile, checks colour breaks and safe areas, and sends a visual back for approval with revisions included. Nothing is committed until you sign that off. Minimum order is 50 units, standard production is around 10 working days, and a 48-hour express service is available on selected lines.

Every Decision Is Yours
How a custom festival cup gets specified
Choose the Size and Measure
Pint to line for draught, pint to brim for mixers, half pint for wine and soft drinks, two pint for round carrying. Where a legal measure is needed we mould and verify the fill line rather than printing one on.
Choose the Print Method
Full-colour in-mould labelling for photographic 360° wraps, or single-colour screen print for a crisp solid logo at a lower unit cost and a shorter run time. We will tell you which suits the artwork you actually have.
See It Before You Commit
Our studio lays your artwork onto the real cup profile and sends a visual back for approval. Revisions are included, and nothing goes to production until you have signed off what it will look like.
One Team, One Building
Moulding, decoration, quality checking and dispatch all happen on the same site. There is no handover between a moulder and a print house, which is where custom orders usually go wrong.
