The UK's Home of
Sustainable Cups
The UKCA line on a pint cup is a legal measure, and it has to be moulded in the right place to the right tolerance. We control the tooling and verify the fill line in our own factory, so the cups you serve from are compliant — not just labelled as though they are.

Pint to Line or Pint to Brim: Getting the Measure Right
Printed pint cups are the workhorse of any bar that cannot use glass. Ours are moulded from food-grade polypropylene in our own UK factory, branded with full-colour IML or screen print, and UKCA marked so they can legally be used to serve draught beer and cider.
The first decision is line or brim, and it matters more than most buyers expect. A pint to line cup holds 568ml at a moulded fill line set below the rim, leaving headroom for a head — that is the version you need for draught beer and cider under the Weights and Measures Act. A pint to brim cup measures 568ml or 625ml right to the rim, which is the correct choice for soft drinks, pre-mixed cocktails and anything served without a head. Serving draught into a brim cup and calling it a pint is where venues get into trouble.
The UKCA mark is the part that has to be right. It certifies the cup as a legal measure, and it depends on the fill line being moulded to a verified tolerance rather than printed on afterwards. Because we own the tooling and check the measure in-house before a batch ships, the cups you serve from are compliant in fact and not just in the product description — which is the difference that matters when Trading Standards walk in.
Durability earns its keep across a season. Every printed pint cup is shatterproof, dishwasher safe and rated for 200 or more commercial wash cycles, and the in-mould print is fused into the wall so it survives every one of them. For stadiums and festivals running glass-free, that combination is the whole point: no glass on the ground, no reprinting halfway through the year.
Ordering is deliberately flexible. Minimum order is 50 units for a beer garden trial or a private event, scaling to 100,000 units and beyond for stadium and festival roll-outs. Standard production is around 10 working days from artwork approval, with a 48-hour express service on selected lines and free delivery across the UK mainland.

Printed pint cups that satisfy a Trading Standards visit
UKCA Marked Measures
Our pint cups carry the UKCA mark, which is what the Weights and Measures Act requires for serving draught beer and cider. Moulded to tolerance in our own factory and verified before the batch ships.
Pint To Line or To Brim
Pint-to-line gives a legal 568ml with headroom for a proper head on draught. Pint-to-brim fills to the rim at 568ml or 625ml, which suits soft drinks, cocktails and mixers where a head is not wanted.
Shatterproof and Glass-Free
Polypropylene does not shatter, which is why so many stadiums, festivals and late-night venues run glass-free policies on plastic pint cups. Safer crowds, fewer incidents, less glass on the floor.
48-Hour Express Dispatch
Fixture announced late or stock running short mid-season? We manufacture in the UK, so selected printed pint cups can be produced and out the door inside 48 hours.
