Corporate branded cups are reusable printed cups produced for business use — conferences, exhibition stands, brand activations, hospitality suites, staff events and client entertaining. We mould and print ours in the UK, so both the product and the branding come from one accountable supplier.

The difficulty with corporate work is rarely the cup and almost always the brand approval. A marketing team has a set of Pantone references, a minimum clear-space rule and an opinion about how the logo sits, and a supplier who treats colour as approximately right will fail that review. We match to Pantone on our own print floor under controlled lighting and proof on the actual cup material rather than on paper.

That last point matters more than it sounds. A colour printed onto a translucent polypropylene cup reads differently to the same colour on a white page, so a proof that looks perfect as a PDF can disappoint on delivery. Showing you the artwork on the real branded cup profile at proof stage turns that into a decision rather than a complaint.

Print method follows the identity. Full-colour in-mould labelling fuses a photographic label into the cup wall during moulding, which handles gradients, photography and fine type across a full 360° wrap — the right choice for most corporate identities. Single-colour screen print suits a simple monochrome mark and comes in cheaper per unit, and we will tell you honestly which one your assets suit.

Commercially, buying direct changes the number. Most corporate branded cups reach a business through a promotional-merchandise distributor who buys from a factory and adds a margin. Coming to the manufacturer removes that layer entirely, and it also means the person answering your questions about lead time is the person who can see the production schedule. Minimum order is 50 units, standard lead time is around 10 working days, and 48-hour express is available on selected lines.
