Festival cups are reusable, shatterproof drinking cups built for outdoor events where glass is not an option and single-use waste is a liability. We mould ours in the UK from food-grade polypropylene and print them in-house, so supply and branding come from the same building.

Availability is what separates suppliers once the season starts. Most festival cup stock in the UK arrives by container, which means ordering in January for a July event and having no realistic answer if you run short in June. We hold plain stock across pint, half pint and two pint sizes and mould more on the same site, so a mid-season reorder is a production slot rather than a shipping enquiry.

That matters more than it sounds. Bar spend at a festival is notoriously hard to forecast, and running out of cups on the Saturday of a three-day event is not a problem you can solve with an apology. The 48-hour express service on selected printed festival cups exists specifically for that scenario, and it is used far more often than anyone plans for.

Volume flexibility works the same way. The minimum order is 50 units, which suits a village beer festival or a single bar trial, and the same lines run past 100,000 units for multi-stage weekenders and national touring events. Because we own the moulding capacity, scaling up does not mean going back to a third party for a new quote.

Compliance and safety are handled as standard. Pint and half pint festival cups are UKCA marked so they are legal for draught service, the polypropylene is shatterproof for glass-free sites, and every cup is dishwasher safe and rated for 200 or more washes if you are running a return scheme rather than a single-use model.
