One Supplier for Every Cup an Event Needs
Custom event cups are printed reusable cups produced for a specific event rather than bought as generic stock. We mould the full range in one UK factory — pint, half pint, two pint, wine, cocktail and hot cups — which means a mixed specification comes from a single supplier instead of three.
That fragmentation is the problem most organisers actually have. The pints come from one supplier, the wine cups from another because the first does not make them, and the coffee cups from a third. Three lead times, three proof rounds, three deliveries and three invoices, all for what is conceptually one order of event cups.
Getting the specification right per drink matters more than most first-time buyers expect. Draught beer and cider need a UKCA-marked pint-to-line cup with headroom for a head. Soft drinks, cocktails and mixers work better in a pint to brim. Wine, prosecco and spirits sit properly in a 330ml half pint, and look mean in a pint. Coffee needs a double-walled insulated cup that fits a standard takeaway lid. One size does not cover an event drinks list.
Volume flexibility keeps the same supplier viable as an event grows. The minimum order is 50 units, which covers a wedding or a corporate away-day, and the same lines and pricing structure run past 100,000 units for festivals and venue roll-outs. Organisers who start small do not have to re-tender when the event doubles.
Everything else is handled once rather than repeatedly. Artwork is laid up on each cup profile in the order and proofed together, production runs in around 10 working days with a 48-hour express option on selected lines, and free UK mainland delivery puts the whole specification on one pallet.
