Printed Branded Cups as a Marketing Asset
Printed branded cups put your logo into the hand of every person holding a drink, for as long as they are holding it. At a busy bar that is thousands of impressions an evening, each one lasting the length of a pint rather than the second and a half a printed flyer gets.
How the cup is printed determines how good that impression is. Full-colour in-mould labelling is our premium option: a printed label is placed into the mould and the polypropylene is injected behind it, fusing artwork and cup into a single wall. That allows photography, gradients, fine type and a true 360° wrap with no seam or panel gap. Single-colour screen printing is the value route — crisp, solid spot colour, ideal for a straightforward logo, and a couple of days quicker through production.
The reason to care about the method is longevity. Applied labels lift at the edges and surface inks abrade in a glasswasher, which is how branded cups end up looking tired halfway through a season. Fusing the print into the wall removes both failure modes, so your branding survives repeat washing intact — which matters a great deal if the cups are going out again next weekend.
Artwork handling is included rather than charged for. Send a logo in any usable format and our studio lays it up on the cup profile, checks colour breaks and safe areas, and sends a visual back for approval. Revisions are free on standard artwork, and if what you have is low resolution or awkwardly proportioned we will tell you before it goes to plate rather than after.
Most printed branded cups earn their cost twice. Once as drinkware you were going to buy anyway, and again as sponsorship inventory — a bar cup with a sponsor logo on the reverse is sellable space, and plenty of events cover their entire cup spend by selling it. Minimum order is 50 units, standard production is around 10 working days, and 48-hour express is available when a sponsor lands late.
