Reusable Printed Plastic Cups
Printed plastic cups are reusable, branded cups made from durable polypropylene, and we manufacture them from moulding to print in the UK. They are the practical answer for any venue that needs the safety of plastic and the marketing value of a fully branded cup in every guest's hand.
We print every plastic cup using full-colour IML or screen print. Full-colour IML fuses a photographic wrap into the wall of the cup for a scratchproof, edge to edge finish, while screen print delivers crisp, solid spot colours for logos and clean graphics. Both survive hundreds of wash cycles without fading.
Reusability is the point. Each printed plastic cup is made from BPA-free polypropylene that is dishwasher safe and rated for 200 or more washes, so one order replaces thousands of single use disposables. At the end of its long life the cup is fully recyclable, which helps your event meet its sustainability targets.
Order quantities flex to suit you. The minimum order for printed plastic cups is just 50 units for small functions, and the same lines scale to 100,000 units for festivals, stadiums and national roll outs. Standard production runs in around 10 working days, with a 48 hour express service on selected cups when a deadline is looming.
